Teaming Up with Advocare

  
Good news for my clients and friends!! I am now officially an Advocare distributor! After completing the 24 Day Challenge I have lost 12 pounds and 3.5 inches off my waist. I am truly in love with their products! Their vitamins & supplements have greatly improved the way I feel throughout the day. Advocare has been the only way I’ve been able to be consistent in supplying my body with the nutrients it needs. Eating healthy and consistently working out in addition to the science behind Advocare’s products have really reset my body! Below is my progress picture from the past 24 days.

Barbell Squats 5×20,15,12,10,8

Circuit: Repeat 5x
High Box Step-ups*
(10x each leg)
Single Stiff-leg Deadlifts*
(10x each leg)
Lateral Band Walks
(45 sec.)
Kettlebell Swings**
4×20
Stair Master
10-20 min.
*Hold 10lb plates by side for added weight and balance. Always push through heels and keep glutes contracted. 
**Use 20lb+ kettlebell. Make sure to explode at top by thrusting hips forward and contracting glutes. Do not swing past chest height.

As part of my journey in the wellness field, through counseling & personal training, my aspiration is to help others, especially women, recognize their worth and optimize their lives- mentally, emotionally, and physically. When introduced to the Mary Kay company, I quickly figured out it was much more than just makeup. Mary Kay was a woman with a dream very similar to mine. HIIT Leg Workout

If you don’t wake up with determination on Monday, you’re more likely to slack off the rest of the week…

I really needed to kill it this morning after the things I indulged in over the weekend (sweet potato fries, s’mores, beer, hibachi ), sooo I DID. Came up with these intervals at the last minute and didn’t stop until I was exhausted. Yes it was torturous at times, but I am convinced there is no better feeling than completely wearing yourself OUT.

I did the lunges with 15lb dumbbells, the squats with a 20lb dumbbell, and the sit-ups with a 10lb plate over my head. The side steps and walking were done on a 6.0-8.0 incline on the treadmill.

Get after it and have a happy, productive Monday! ✌️
